After graduating from Industrial Design, I am planning on going forward with the master Human Technology Interaction. In the Master, I think I will be able to expand my knowledge set to a broader understanding of the “why” of human behavior and how it is influenced by our surroundings. Similarly, I wish to understand interactions with products better, from a more psychological view, to be able to create more streamlined and enjoyable interactions for users.

Working on the topic of dementia in my FBP has even further increased my curiosity about how our brains and our minds work. Learning more about the brain and its workings is something I realized fits me very well. As discussed in my Professional Identity, I am very analytical and practical. This is closely related to my tendency to want to understand why and how things work, which is why I think shifting my focus towards research in the context of psychology and how behavior is shaped by cues around us is the next step in my career path.
